i have a potterton performa 24, approx 9 years old and the problem is that when i turn any hot tap in house the hot water circulates through the radiators first . if rads are turned down hot water comes through after 5 mins,in winter when rads are on shower does not get past luke warm. when boiler is turned to hot water only it still does the same. the rad in bathroom (one with no thermestat) actually gets too hot to touch. i have been told it is diverter valve needed but at £100+ i need to be sure. any ideas anyone please
