The hot water downstairs is fine but no hot water at all up stairs? Fed from tank ! No pressure upstairs? Any solutions?

No hot water

Ok so I am right in saying by back filling just keeping thumb over the tap and allowing presssure to force air back out? Also the cold water pressure is fine all round the house too

Also done this in the bathrrom and getting a little trickle of hot water through but not much at all

Yesterday the fella drained down the tank and filled back up to see if this would help to push any air out but no look? The hot water outlet has a slight dip so that this maybe where air is collecting. Any other suggestion of how to get rid?

i wouldnt give up the day job just yet puddle

Connect a washing machine hose from the cold valve onto the hot and open both valves for about 5-10 seconds. This should clear it

why the need to disconnect anything i do not know?? monoblock tap, palm over the outlet, open the hot then open the cold slowly and let it pass into the hot side, easy peesey! disconnecting valves is completely unnecassary
