Dear all

We have an ideal icos boiler which has stopped supplying hot water but heating working fine

Somebody has been out and resected the flow sensor and boiler was fully running after that

We still don't have any hot water, digital display is set to continuous hot water and room thermostat is turned right up

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If it is indeed an Icos you have and not an Istor or an Isar then your hot water problem is
unlikely to do with the boiler but probably a faulty motorized valve.

Get someone in to sort it out who is experienced at break downs.
