Done a job In a house where replaced 2 rads and was to sort out the problem with the Luke warm water rather than hot. I had a gas engineer come too and he changed the gas flow on the boiler to maximise the gas output and this solved the Lack of hot water problem. Why is it that when we then installed the rads and left the customer (who hasn't payed yet) says the water is no longer piping hot and back to its normal state?

Just to add also, Customer checked the water whilst we were still there and was over the moon with the improvement. It is a bathroom suite approx 2 years old. Hot water always been ok until recently?
