No hot water

Hi, I have a Worcester bosch heatslave 20/25 oil fired boiler and am not getting hot water has I should. The central heating is fine but the hot water at the tap is ok at first then starts to run cold, you can hear the boiler fire up but the water end up tepid, to stone cold. Turn the tap of and wait a mo the run it again, it starts cold , warms up and then goes cold again. Can any one help please. Thank you, Chris

I had this 1 foo foo valve that wouldnt leave a boiler alone, and the noise they make when they try to reseat!
"FOO FOO......FOO FOO!!"
