Mains water pressure at sink tap and tanks in loft filling good pressure but nothing hot or cold in bathroom as fed from tank in loft . And no hot at sink . Is this just air in system as it was turned off at stopcock today ? I tried disconnecting flexi on cold to push it through but nothing . If it was just hot then I'd try if gate valve was seized ?

Exactly as lame plumber has explained..you need to replenish the water in the system to rejoin the flow of water and fill in the air gap or gaps..
