no water pressure to bath taps

this house i went to the other day where they were complaining of low pressure
the imersion tank all be it a primaster with a built in header tank bunged up with
about five tubes of mastic to keep it going is only standing in a cupboard at the foot of the
bath and the same height of the bath. i am planning to split the tanks and add a sepret
header tank and imersion tank but their is on loft hatch in the house anywhere so can only put the tank as high as poss

any other idears would be greatfully recived please

Unvented cylinder or thermal store if you don't have your unvented ticket. A thermal store has low pressure primary side with a small header tank on top and a can deliver high pressure/flow Domestic Hot Water.

Hi. A cistern at high level in the room with a 28 mm cold feed to cylinder will give plenty at the bath ( a better supply than the average combi)

this is a rented house with a tight bum land lord so i dont recon hed pay for a thermal store tank

which is why i was going done the straight imersion tank route

Oh OK. I just installed a huge thermal store last week for £1600 including materials. So they're not always a fortune, but yeah more expensive than any tight bum landlord will pay!

id try to get the cistern in the loft, maybe upsize pipe, should be fine

up size the feed from the mains or between the header tank and the imerision
