I have woke up this morning to no water upstairs and toilet not refilling after being flushed. I have water downstairs but it is coming out very slowly. An hour passed and I did try the upstairs taps again and it trickled out but then stopped again and we have managed to flush the toilet once but it's like it is just taking forever to fill up. My husbands checked the bolier out and says the settings seem ok but when he tries to alter the pressure he normally hears water filling up and this isn't happening. Any ideas?

I'm not able to get to stop clock easily as it's right underneath the kitchen cabinets but it was fine yesterday so I'm sure it will be fully open. Is there anything else that might be causing the problem

Check with the neighbours to see if they have the same problem. There may be a burst in the street or water authority may be working on mains.

a major leak outside your property could be diverting the water that was available previously. contact water board asap

Sounds like an underground burst,or the waterboard digging up the street.Have a look out of the window, and check if your neighbours are having the same problem.

Thanks I have just heard from a friend that there was a burst pipe a few streets away their water is back on now. I'll call water board. Thanks again.
