I've started to get an occasional knocking noise from circ pump, my first thoughts was air in the system. Been round and bled system (no air to speak of). When it happens the knocking noise builds up then dissipates and then runs perfectly OK, while this is happening the pressure gauge is bouncing up and down. Boiler has been installed 7 years and not missed a beat. Is there a vent point on the pump itself.
