I have WB R30 HE combi boiler 10 yrs old. It started making a high pitched whining noise about 4 weeks ago. I bled all the radiators, I balanced them also. Noise still there when CH on. Noise coming from pump. CH and water were working. Metal outlet pipe then started leaking/dripping. Called out WB engineer who changed pump and safety valve but pump still making whining noise when CH on and worse/louder on 2nd and 3rd speed of pump. Engineer then said it must be problem with the radiators and may need powerflush. I can get 6 of the 8 working quietly but when I turn on either of the 2 largest radiators the noise starts. I can get these 2 large radiators working but then others get cold and noise starts. Any advice before I arrange powerflush?
