We have this exact noise and vibration coming from our taps do you know what's it likely to be? Air in pipes or pressure causing it etc? the noise is horrendous 🤦😏

Do you have quarter turn taps as well? What type of boiler do you have?

I would start with changing the:
1/ tap washers.
They can become concave and cause issues like you have, but I have never heard it that bad.

2/ ceramic discs.
They may need replacing. They were meant to be the 'be all & end all' of taps, but years on they are causing much the same problem that you have.
If they are ceramic disc, you will have to change the spindle also
