O

Orry Clayton

Just seen on my Facebook news feed a couple of GSR lads I know, discussing between them a commercial boiler job. I know neither of them have any commercial tickets.

Let them carry on. It is amazing how easy it can be to mess up a commercial install

There's so many things you have to know that is not written in the manual

For e.g. Position of PRV

I don't know what all the fuss is about. The only difference between domestic and commercial is commercial stuff is bigger which makes it easier because bigger stuff is simpler than small stuff. Just look at Lego and Duplo, Lego is for the big boys whilst Duplo is for little boys because it's bigger and easier to use.

So what's l.p.g? Is that sticklebricks?!

Not nice Mike.... You're giving the game away!

Sadly though ive seen a big increase in the domestic guys moving into commercial without any prior knowledge ! And it will soon be even more saturated ! And people throwing stupid prices about !

Tb isn't welsh

I'm welsh

A lot of the people I know that used to do commercial have dropped out of it around here. They don't get enough commercial work to justify keeping the tickets. The one that no one wants to do seems to be Comcat. Finding an engineer with Comcat is like finding rocking horse poo.
