hi guys,

im due to sit my acs in the northolt gas loic centre,i just need to know if anyone has been there and what are your expereinces with the assessors and what kind of appliances will i be looking at to service or repair in my practicals?

your responses will be highly appreciated guys!!

very helpful bunch at logic they have lots of appliances so you could get anything thrown at you. good set up and nice sandwiches

do you know how much they will charge me for core,cen and ckr?

i think u r the only one who has been to northolt so if you help me that and btw how many days to complete the acs?

core plus 4 is 1085 +vat cpa1 is 75+vat 5 days
you only need 2 so will get some discount but cpa1 as far as i know is compulsory if you're doing boilers now.
cap1 is a ticket for fga use

I also used Gas Logic in Norholt a few years ago and found them to be excellent. Very thorough in their training and scrupulous in the examinations. They will bring out the gas engineer in you, you need to commit to do your home work and ensure you read and digest the information but if you do they will help you through it. Definately not as scary as I imagined it would be.
