Not looking for advice..A plumber has told me i need "X", but would like 2nd opinion

Hello Ladies and Gents.
New on here, but have seen many posts from various members, and everybody seems helpful.

So, please can somebody express an opinion on this problem.
Good pilot light with new thermocouple.
New boiler stat
New room stat
New overheat cut-off
Recent 3 way valve
New pump

Boiler will run for several minutes, but then cuts out as if the room stat is satisfied, despite being several degrees below stat setting. Water flow is excellent, as the furthest radiator heats up almost as quickly as the closest.
Could the gas valve be faulty/weak?? What else that has not been replaced can cut the burner gas supply?

Any helpful comments appreciated.
