I have completed my nvq level 2 6189/11 since October last year and the school have my portfolio. Now the problem is, every time I phoned them up to know when I'll get my certificate, they tell me next week. It's been going on like this since October last year. I'm tired of phoning them as I'll get the same answer. I did the course at The Plumbing Academy in Edenbridge, kent. I have phoned access training several times and they take my details for someone to get back to me and they don't.
