NVQ Assessment advice?

Will be trying to gain my NVQs in the coming months so would like to ask for some advice? I have already got three friends/family who require new bathrooms but think it would be a good idea to get more incase one or two of them change their minds (One already is rethinking about moving to a bigger house instead of doing theirs up)

So I'm going to advertise in local shops/media etc just want some advice on the advert, all comments would be appreciated:

Bathroom Suites only £...!
Local trainee plumber qualified up to City & Guilds level 3 looking for 3 bathrooms suites to install in order to obtain NVQs.
Must decommission and install 3 separate bathrooms suites – Comprising of 1 bath, 1 WC and 1 basin.
Any like for like bathroom suites I will decommission and install for £... (labour costs only!) NVQ assessor will be present at all times to supervise.

How does it read? Does it make it clear that the price is for like for like swaps only? Dont want something along the lines of additional work being required for whatever reason then them saying 'well you said £...' or them thinking the price is all inclusive?

no experience, no insurance, but i will charge you?....

the assesor will not be there at all times either. he will want to visit for about 1-2 hours when you commision new install.

just stick with who you know, do it for free and they will jump at the chance just like you will, everyones a winner.

I'd get get insurance, already started looking.
Unforuntunetly I'm a BTSCer And they charge you per mile for the assessor to come out to you! (its £1 per mile each way- im approx 90-100miles from the centre and would have to take time off work so may need to recoupe some of the costs) Like you say 'do iut for free' was my initial idea but speaking to people they all say 'dont be daft' Although would they pay???

Advertise your not qualified to fit a bathroom suite, its like say I will drive your car and take you any where so long as you will sit beside me and I can use your insurance. Sorry it is not viable

£1 per mile?. do they charge you extra for time?.

you can get an assesor from dudley college to do that for you freelance,/.
i remember mine, i live in notts and charged me nowt.

Ive asked - apparently its states in the very very small print that we can only use BTSC assessors? need to find out from NVQ if this is enforcable?

BTSC will use their own assessors if its their qual, they wouldnt let someone else do it and not make money and then mark your evidence, why would they? not that its not possible but its not much of a business is it?
