NVQ Level 2 portfolio help..

Hey, iv just started doing my NVQ level 2 portfolio. My collage assessor told me to do the health and safety write ups but i dont understand the questions.. 'Determine the level of risk activity from the risk assessment information provided' .. 'Identify the safe working procedures to be used from the risk assessment information provided' and 'Ensure that requirements of the risk assessment are closely followed' .. I was not given a risk assesment.. does anyone know what i should write in these boxes? This is for using ladders.

your work should have a risk assessment. if its not written no worries, it can be a mental risk assessment with you and your boss. so approach it like that. whats the level of risk? are you 5 fy high or 55ft high, the risk would be different, are you on a good ladder, is it footed etc.
identify safe working practice, get it footed and tied off etc
ensure u follow closely, yeh i did this that and the other
job done

go into your white NVQ2 folder and you will find a written example,and its almost the same as what you wrote at college,in your practical exam.
