HOWLY RATE.....

Hi, has any one installed a wooden bath before ? been out to price en-suite up and they've ordered this tub, Oak Bath & Base. i'm wondering if the waste set up is the same as a standard ie chrome waste & trap.
I've e-mailed the company still no reply, so if any one out there has fitted one tell me how it went i'm quite curious, cheers. ;).

Is it the one with the 'T' shaped back rest, I've heard these can leak.
With it being a bank holiday you may not hear back from the manufacturer until Tuesday, but I would ring them then about the waste, but is it not on their website?

Hi Phil the bath in question is double ended one, you mention these can leak ! where from etc ? appoligies for not replying sooner been having trouble loging on plus i've been working. will ring the company up tommorow regards Mark.

If the bath is basicly made from wooden sections glued/sealed together like the one I saw on a TV programme, then tell your customer to plan for the chance the seals may fail beacause that one did, and it was a pain in the @#~" for the guy!

Hi Phil cheers for advice etc will speak to the company again no one there to ask today !!!. If the said tub is prone to leaks i'll have the customer sign a disclaimer etc regards Mark.
