Octagonal loo seat wanted

Bit of a long shot but I have a customer with a Sanitan Savoy loo which has a broken seat. Replacements are no longer available (except having them made specially for silly money). Has anyone got either a second hand octagonal loo seat or knows where I can find one?

I had an odd one couple of months back, ended up making template and passing it on to manufacturers. In the end it was cheaper to change the toilet. Have you had a look on e bay, probably a long shot.
