offered ac job

does anyone do ac work if so how different from plumbing I have been offered a job and I don't want to buy a whole new tool kit and go for retraining I would do it if I have to read the instructions properly. thoughts anyone its only a small domestic split unit if thats the right word

The fridge lines have to be hard soldered, also need to be vacced down before gassed up. You need all sorts of new tools.
