Office maintenance visit

I have been asked to do a monthly maintenance check on a currently empty office block.
Has anyone ever had to do this before? What sort of thing should I be checking and how much should I be charging?

I should probably add more info. There is a wet heating system, a few toilet blocks and a couple of kitchen. Hot water is either electric multipoint or direct unvented cylinders local to what they are providing.

2 hours money plus quite for any remedial work?
I would think check for leaks, runnings wcs, water down traps so they don’t dry out, check f&e tanks, overflows PRVs, looks for stains on suspended ceilings.

As scott said but also just turn all draw-offs on long enough to fill the pipework with fresh water.
