I wonder if we will see any snow down here in Guernsey this year? It snows enough and cold enough to settle only once in every few years here. I don't particularly like the cold weather but the island is always unprepared and everything grinds to a halt which is actually quite nice. I've got to walk into work but once I'm there the place is almost empty with no students and half the staff not in. We usually end up just mucking about and having a laugh with those who made it in. Two days later and it's all gone!
