oil fired combi recomendations please?

i am going to be buying a boiler soon to put central heating into my cottage. it is a thatched two up two down with a kitchen/bathroom extension. al in all there will be 11 rads.
i am on a really tight budget so around the 1k mark would be best , or is this being too much of a cheap skate?

i am having a gander here Worcester Boilers, Worcester Greenstar Condensing Boiler

but i am not too sure what i am looking at , there is a high flow cdi , an si , a cdi and a junior.
obviously the junior will be a smaller boiler but how do the rest differ?
