Renovation work has been done to this commercial property and the oil line which was ok ran on out side in 10mm with fire valve on the outside. Now after the work has been done its inside with soldered fitting and the firevalve is also inside? You can't see but this is one of 2 boilers done the same?

Whip them off and do them properly. I have a really good one (much, much better than that one!) I need to photo. Won't say any more at the moment or it will spoil the surprise!
