Old Bottle type tap replacement?

Is there a modern replacement for an old bottle type tap with a shower attachment or do they still only do individual taps?

Thought they were globe taps? Or are you saying supatap to replace them.

@Lofty24 - a bit of a bodge, but not sure if you could use something to like this pointing upwards and bath tap on top? Probably best getting a new bath.
