hello mate....i went to a baxi 105e today with a leak coming from the pin which activates the switch on the pressure differential head...is there a repair kit for this or am i better off replacing the head?? cheers mate.

Is this the pin on the brass body? If so then you can get a repair kit. Its lots cheaper too!

But I'd wait to see what GASMAN says first, he'll probably know the part number, price, where its made, where its shipped from and who makes it in the factory! LOL
 
baxi do a diaphragm repair kit, you get an O ring that replaces the one for the spindle and obviously the diaphragm as well.
 
Thanks lads....will pop to the parts centre and get me a repair kit tomorrow.

just need the repair kit moogwai,it comes with the stuffing box gland thats the part playing up part numbers 5111137,its a 4 part kit main diaprahm ,stuffing box gland steel spacer washer and small o ring the small o ring rarely needs to be fitted,should cost you about £9.80 +vat,be carefull not to get water in the pcb housing,just seen poxis reply:)
