This may be a daft question folks but one I don’t know the answer to? Are there any rules around painting meter boxes? Cheers
 
The guy from Transco told me (many years ago) that it was my property and I could paint it if I liked. Perhaps check with National Grid Gas (used to be Transco) if that's still the case?
