Paper Work???

Ok I have just recently become Gas Safe and and want to get my head around the forms I need to fill in.
I have just installed a condensing boiler(following GSiur and MI) and a range cooker. What I want to know now is do I need to fill out some paper work to go with this or can I just fill in the commisioning checklist for the boiler and the equivalent for the cooker.

the most important form you need to complete is the invoice/bill.

unless its a landlord that requires one you dont need to do a gas cert, but its prob good practice to.

yes, gas safe need their cut, its for all the hard work they do for us

How do I inform gas safe? Do I have to ring up?

Ok I figured it out. If you log in to gas safe it's on there.
