Hi,
I had to let my plumber go a little while ago due to attitude and ability to get anywhere on time. Was a bit of a shame as he did a good job but he was starting to give my company a bad name.
Now Im a bit stuck as I get a large amount of plumbing work in each year, some of the jobs are pretty big, time and value wise. I can do it all myself, but Im busy with loads of electrical work which I much prefer.
Its often commercial i.e. restaurant fit outs, office building works etc, although I have got some domestic work to price up too. Id like to see if anyone would like to do them with me, on a fair profit share basis that could be worked out. Im not after someone to graft their arse off and me take all the money, but someone who will get involved with pricing and doing the jobs together so we both earn would be nice.
Jobs I have coming up / need to price at the moment:
5 flats to finish first fix and second fix on the isle of sheppey
1 house full heating, plumbing install in ashford area
1 apartment 2 new bathrooms, new rads kensington
1 restaurant / bar, possible new kitchens, W/C's, in london
A couple of Oil boilers to replace and large manor house to power flush near Ashford
Theres probably more but I cant think off hand
Its generally all in London and Kent. I would put this in the looking for work section but usually I get reply's from adult learners or plumbers mates.
