Peugeot Expert Van anti-roll bar bushes

Hi All,
Just wondering if anybody has changed the bushes on the Peugeot Expert Van(2008). I loosened up the brackets containing the bush but wasn't able to split open the bracket to take it out. It nearly seems like they are spot welded. Any help greatly appreciated as I wasted 2 hours trying to change one!!!

have you got the new ones to see where they split ?

The brackets don't always open fully, you can sometimes loosen them enough to slide the bush down the anti-roll bar, away from the bracket and remove them that way.

Have the new ones but its just the rubber it not the bracket assembly. Tried pushing the rubber out but there is no give at all on bracket and there is no way I would get new rubber pushed in

if you can loosen the bush, why cant you just keep undoing it to drop it off or is it actually spot welded and needs grinding off and new bolts to replace! seems a bit ott if that were the case. time to hit u tube or a mechanics forum for some abuse
