i went to a job today and tried to down load the manual from a site that was recently mentioned here i actually did it on my home computer last night to check it was there it down loaded as a pdf as normal but when i tried to open it i got the message pdf unsupported security handler it was a download from Gas Forms on a android htc not had a problem before

Same as Howsie ,

have you tried phone with another PDF ,
( My Samsung has its own manual available in PDF )

I use q PDF viewer .. but there may be better !
