Evening All,
I've just had a mare of a day digging up a kitchen floor trying to re-route pipes. Can anyone recommend some kind of pipe detector that will detect pipes in concrete?

If the existing pipes are part of a working heating system then a thermal camera is probably your best bet, and has the advantage of working with plastic pipes. I'd recommend hiring one to get some experience before deciding whether to buy. Good ones, e.g. FLIR, are quite expensive and unless you do quite a lot of this sort of work and and/or leak-finding you may not break-even on ownership.
