Probably a silly question but I'm fitting an outside tap and was wondering what precautions should be taken against frost. The water regs states that any external pipework should be covered with waterproof insulation, but I'm not sure what's best. Any suggestions would be appreciated.:)

full kingspan insulation, boxed in filled with expanding foam, easy drain off point. this weather wouldnt of helped much tho. over 30 burst pipe call outs in 4 days.
