Pipe leak from overflow?

Good morning,
I have a Johnson Starley Quantec 24s that provides hot water to a tank and heating via hot air to the house. I have noticed a leak in the pipe which I think may be an overflow pipe?

What i want to know is if this is something I could attempt to fix myself..?

Any feedback gladly received.

Looks like the condensate pipe - would need a gas safe registered engineer as it forms part if the fluing system.

Thanks for the swift response. Couple more questions: would this require the system to be drained? If not how much water is likely to be in that pipe? Would I be ok to just cut the old one out and replace?

System doesn’t need to be drained for that, and good luck.

Quickest way to find out how much water is in the pipe is to cut it out. Very quick and 100% accurate.
