I am currently living in Budapest and yesterday I noticed that the water gas heater was making a strange noise and vibrating, so I turned it off and turned the gas of. It didn't stop. So I opened the water in the kitchen (right next to the heater) and when I closed it the noise would stop but every time I opened it would start again (with heater and gas turned off). Today after flushing away the toiled, and while the tank was filling up with water again the noise and vibration happened again and this time around even the pipes in the bathroom sink were vibrating. But when it was filled with water it stopped again!
The pressuer on teh heater is 1,2 bar, and it should be more than 1,5bar, I believe.
I have no idea what's going on! It looks like it's the pipes, but then why would the heater vibrate too when turned off?
Should I worry? Can I turn on the gas and take shower, etc? Can someone give me some advice please? I am very worried!
