can you have more than one return from the central heating return to the primary return and can it be place'd between radiator returns,open vented fully pumped.
 
you can have more than one return from radiators usual is two ie up and down but the primary return from cylinder must be the nearest tee to the boiler
the system runs fine when asking for both hw and ch, but when you ask for ch on it's own the return flow is so poor the boiler cycles then eventually over heats.i was thinking of adding another return from ch return to return primaries.the flows on rads are all ok,the pumps fine.it just is not cycling due to bad design,thats my view on it,open to suggestions

Is there trv's
Does the system have an auto bypass
If its balanced. Open some of the rads a bit more.
