anybody know of some kind of plastic bin - tank type thing I can pick up free or nearly free? kind of llike a header tank , has to be plastic , like a big header tank , heating one way too small , want it to store - shoot fishing nets out of on my boat, don't want rough sides or dividers in the middle! a bath is too awkward! purpose made net bins are like £150 each , and I want another 4 atleast!!
Small Blue Leach & Turner Net Bin [ANBS] - £125.00 : Advanced Netting, No.1 for commercial fishing supplies., Gill Nets, Pot Rope, Lead Line and floats.

Go round the back of your local B&Q or Wickes.

Their internal distribution uses ALCs (Attached lid containers), as do we, and lots of organisations with multiple sites and internal distribution systems.

About every 100 trips, the lids or hinges get knackered, and we have to chuck them. Our largest sizes are 1100mm x 350mm x 350mm (coffin shaped) or about 800 x 600 x 450, but there are larger models. Look around the skips for them.
