yes but the o rings in hep fittings are bigger so if you were using jg fittings on hep pipe you would need to check that,i know jg 22mm tap connectors i once used on a fish tank filtration pump leaked before changing the o rings for hep ones but the way you are going you shouldn't have a problem.

since both are interchangable with copper id say yes

What about if you had a problem with the installation further down the line(say a leak),and you fitted as if only one manufacturer of product,the manufacturers could blame each others product.You could say this would be the case with coupling copper to plastic,but maybe manufacturer would say you should use our fittings with our pipe maybe.
I may be looking into it too much

I,ve just done a job in a restaurant which is ten years old and has all the plumbing done in H2o fitting with JG pipe with NO inserts at all !!!

Have now done job with jg fittings and jg pipe as took on board the comment about something going wrong and not knowing which item to blame...

yer jg stuff does look like its a bit more well put together then th hep stuff
