Anyone know why the water in this stuff gets so much iron oxide inside?

Drained a heating system this week plastic pipe all over the house and its black as hell full of rust and bits of sediment . Use to see this a lot on new builds as well all barrier pipe used but still goes to pot inside black ,sealed systems as well .

Whats the deal with plastic causing so much gunk?

Rads are the culprits.

I'd vote for the job was done on the cheap and no Inhibitor was added or much care taken

Rads and heat exchanger, no chance of iron oxide actually forming in a plastic pipe

Even tho barrier pipe, fittings arnt and oxygen gets in causing corrosion

About 10 years old some of the blackest /thickest sludge have ever seen on sealed system

normally plastic piped systems are on new build or diy systems and the main issues are caused by poor installation. £25 to test and commission a house = no flush, no balance, min benchmark complete and sell the x100 on ebay.
