I gave a very short answer, the second word being "Off!"

The problem I was called out to look at was "a leak". That was actually the PRV blowing off. No Benchmark (surprise, surprise), no name or details of installer. Landlord lives oveseas, his brother and his cousin fitted it, apparently.

His brother is coming again tomorrow to fix things...
 
you should have said yeah I'll fix it will cost around £2500
 
Mate, if there was ANY paperwork, any record of his name, I'd be on the case. But nothing. I'm going to go back after his brother/cousin/whoever fixes it, and check it over...

Why bother they obviously dont care bet there aint no landlord cert on the property
