Please help - advice on shower cartridge needed please???

Hi Everyone,

My plumber has advised we need a new shower cartridge as the shower is leaking a little (only drop every 5 seconds) BUT there is no shower make and model on the shower & our plumber does not know. I have taken a picture as attached - please note the plumber added the silver plate as there was a crack in the tile so this was not part of the design.

The plumber came and gave me a small white label that was inside the shower that states the Serial which is No 998904. I have googled this but it does not provide me with the make and model of the shower.

If anyone can help this would be much appreciated.

Try Ultra Taps, they took over Valquest who made a similar looking valve.

If there 150mm centre to centre you might be able to just change the whole mixer

as above change the complete unit it attaches to the chrome wall plate. possibly cheaper and easier
