Hi have dropped a cleaning cloth down the toilet (elaectic/macerator) whilst it was flushing how do I get it back out :(

would really love advice
Thank you in advance!

take the toilet out, and the macerator, it all needs to come apart, its a really nasty job, but thats the only way

If it's an "electric" toilet call a electrician that you really don't like.

Don't forget to turn electric off before putting your hand in !!!!

also brase your self when the back pressure spits all the **** in your face :bigcry:

I always pass these jobs on to the saniflo man that covers my area. Cleared a few and got them working to find they breakdown later. He does really well nice shiny vw van on a 60 plate. Always got 4 or 5 jobs a day at 80 minimum. Where there's dirt there's brass!!

Incidentally he vacs them out with a top wet vac then takes it to his van at cleans it with a pressure wash (tank in van) fixes then re-fits it whole operation takes about an hour regardless of the fault. Still not for me. There is always the odd one.

always use a registered saniflo engineer as it sounds like you have a sanicompact i can recommend log onto the saniflo website to fing your local engineer

Hey saniman, with so many sani`s in the range how the hell can you say it`s a compact from the OP? And they don`t even say that it`s a sani anyway!
