please help !!! no hot water

I have a Britony combi SE boiler that is giving me a head ache! I am having a new bathroom fitted and at the moment their is no bath or radiator plumbed in, since thees have been removed my boiler has stopped making hot water, the heating is fine and all the lights are working any ideas please help!

most common fault here is going to be no preasure in system due to removing the rad check gauge on front
oops just realised heating is working so cant be that you need a gsr to check whats wrong

Could it still not be the pressure. I am sure I have seen combis run heating with no pressure in them.
