plumber has not fitted water supply pipes level to tiles in shower, one side is approx 5-7 mm out of line, can i fit some sort of extension to resolve?

You'll struggle to get them level now.

Cranked S unions for showers should sort it. They are 1/2” one end to, fit into what you have there, and 3/4” the other end - to which you can attach any bar valve.
The cranked nature allows you to level up incorrect pipe heights or spacing.

Depends what shower unit and finishing parts are to be fitted it may look ok when done/adjusted with fittings talk to person who fitted pipework to advise you.
