hi all,
just signed up, im a 25 y o plumber living in surrey been working for companies for the last 8 years now and am seriously considering going self employed, but am a bit unsure about taking the jump, would really appreciate any advice you could offer.

Thanks

Hi dan
welcome to the forum
go self employed its the best thing you can do but i would start slow like weekends if your not doing them now and build up some customers if you start full time you may not get any work until next year. you could start advertising now but don't bank in any work at this time of year

Hi Dan, Get some cards made and start lashing them out, As Uug says start looking at next year not this. Good luck
