since the downturn the prev stupid govt has killed the trade and now the cheapo rubbish labour has decided its too expensive to live here and gone home
have you seen the other thread subbing for bg at 20.00 a service minus fuel tax nat ins usual story companies take the mick and say take it or leave it
this guy started at 120 and went to 140 but london travelling prob 2 hrs a day security gaurd for you van and tools while working aint gonna leave much
my son was working in bethnal green and thay broke into his pipe carrier in broad daylight
coz if there 6 of the swine whos gonna tackle em as most have knives

thing is red he isnt gonna want a 6129er doing iffy work as that will reflect on him as the supplier/gaffer
 
Lol, working in london!!!! I would require a minimum of £1000 a day and me own private parking space before I went back to that hell hole
 
its not hard work simple pipe runs for an improver or new plumber not asking for a gas safe ,qualified to the hilt experienced plumber just some one who can fit unistrut cut stud and fit and solder pipework .
these are the prices for new build dayworkers sadly £130 a day .
you may be qualified plumber but this does not mean yourth 250 a day sadly though seem to think you as seen on some replys ,there is parking and its just of the motorway thanks for the comments some made me chuckle !!!!!
 
why not get one exp plumber and pay him £250 a day. then get 6 fast-fix course 6129 4 nvq, get them to pay you £25 a day. supply the tube get the plumber to show them what to do, every ones on a winner.
i can find 5,000 t4t & btsc course leavers for you?. YOU SUPPLY THE PEANUTS.

Why would you wanna work onsite when there are millions of old ladys with millions of cups of coffee???
 
Turn up to work everyday, no worry about ordering gear dealing with probs etc chuck a bit of copper pipe in, mince about the building site eating sweets and talking to other trades, admiring passing women in summer attire, finish at 5, down tools no need to get water back on for the custard/ hover up and all for £30+k a year, that sounds like hell.
 
yeh! but i would like it for a change after 15 years sel-emp.lol.
could do with a break, trying to get on city homes for that.

This is it Martin, its just off the m way, theres parking etc etc, this could be just up the road from somone on here, sounds like a cruiser to me, I somtimes miss work like this where your just putting in new pipes on new builds, no need to think, leave at 5 every day then no need to think about work till 8am the next day.🙂
