I'm looking at going to some plumbing shows and was just wondering if any one could recommend some good ones preferably in the south-east region unless there is one you think is worth travelling Further for. I have seen one at sundown park in Surrey called renewables-roadshow, can anyone recommend this show?

Apprereplies thanksreplies thanks

Renewables, went to one in Exeter , waste of time, Try PHEX Chelsea foot ball ground November good cross section of things.

Heard a couple of bad reviews about the latest PHEX shows this year. I was thinking of going myself this year. A couple of comments were that there were very few companies exhibiting in comparison to previous years & those that were there seemed like they didn't want to be.

But that's what I've heard from others that have been. I'm sure there are some shows out there that are worth the effort to go to.

I would also be interested to know if there are any.

I did the Bristol PHEX this year and found that a total let down, But always found Chelsea very good ! but I've not been for a couple of years.

I went to Chelsea last year pretty decent only I've been to though so nothing to compare it to

I went to phex once, pfft... How boring it was... Load of old renewable crap stands, magnaclean stand, kamco stand, telford cylinder stand... Wow... 1st & last trade show I am ever going too!

Dont let me put you off, if you like to bring home alot of sales phamlets and free pens then get yourself to a trade show fast lol!

I used to find Interbuild very good, don't know if it still runs though. PHEX Chelsea was good last year. It's worth spending a day catching up itch what's new in the industry.

i went to phex at wembley and was disappointed. it was very small and packed too close together. i've heard chelsea is much better apparently spread over two floors.

Thanks for your replies everyone, I will try PHEX at Chelsea.

cheers

Not sure where you are in Kent, if you have a Heating Plumbing Supplies(HPS) near to you ask about the free coach for PHEX Chelsea.
HPS also have a suite at PHEX with free refreshments.

The first time i went to PHEX Chelsea about 4 years ago i won a Mira mixer shower in a competition, also got given £10 for doing a survey about unvented.
Also got free food and drinks, and loads of free pens, bags and other bits.:smile5:
