Plumbing experience required... Willing to volunteer weekends

i am looking for an apprenticeship in the plumbing industry but am finding it hard for a company to take me on.

im 28 , have driving licence and basic tools.

i am looking to assist plumbers at weekends to get a feel for the game,

please let me know if i can be off any assistance.
