since training as a plumber i relised that plumbing is more difficult then it first seemed. i have sent out coutnless letters and have had no luck is there really not that much need of apprentices theses days. i am a true scrap dealer was born in to my job as it were i can operate all types machinery and not that bad when it comes to fixing engines and other related things. but not only do i have these skills i also have been with dealing with copper/ brass/ boilers/ cistersns /cylincders and other things to do with plumbing. sorry about the long letter of self description but its pretty much wot i wrote in my letter to plumbers with my cv im local to bristol. so my question is. are there more to that what a plumber requires or are they looking for the just left school apprentices.

if this is posted in the wrong place i do appolgise in advance.
kind regardes oerry:)

I'm afraid the traditional apprentice route is far less common than it was a generation ago.
