Recently I ordered a Viessmann 35 storage combi boiler. The advertised boiler on PlumbNation says 1-3 days delivery - I waited a week. When it eventually arrived, it had the safety valve missing.
After contacting them on several days, they seemed to have no idea what a safety valve was and tried to assure me it was inside the boiler! I decided to buy one from a different shop as the costumer needed heating and hot water. I contacted them again yesterday requesting a refund for the safety valve to which they refused and offered to deliver me one in a few days!
They seem to be happier to lose my custom than rectify their mistake they've made. Am I wrong to ask for a refund?
